1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on our web hosting plans only. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the money-back guarantee does not apply to all our services and products. The following items are non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations: Domain name purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
• Digital Products & Software: Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable software, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
• Add-on Services: Any other add-on services or features purchased, such as SSL certificates, are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund
